Patience and crochet patterns

Thank god Nancy is back in town to teach us how to make these slippers:

Learning from a pro

I have a feeling that quite a lot of us had a go at making these slippers, but only Nancy had the patience to read the instructions.  Rana, we’re waiting with baited breath to see the results of your labours on Tuesday…..

The Oma House Slippers pattern was created by Tara Murray and you can purchase the pattern online by clicking here.

Front double half crochet, not double half front crochet!

ok stitchers and bitchers I am JEALOUS .. I was one of those that failed to read the pattern in the past.. I am about to embark on a new idea – little tapestry based on ancient Phonecian mosaics in Tunisia.. will keep you updated .

  2. Hello, my name is Tara Murray (Mamachee) the designer and copyright holder of the Oma House Slippers crochet pattern, which you currently have on your blog. This pattern is only for sale through my store and is not for redistribution or resale. I haven’t granted any rights for this pattern to be posted on a blog for the public. As I am still selling this pattern in my store, this is causing me a loss of revenue which is my livelihood. I’m sorry for any confusion or inconvenience to you but please remove my pattern from your blog. Thank you for your understanding.

    • Hi Tara, thanks for your message. Yes of course I’ll take your pattern off the blog – I didn’t think about copyright infringement before I posted it, and am sorry for causing any problems. Just so you know, we bought the pattern online and very much enjoyed trying to make the Oma House slippers in our Stitch and Bitch group. I’ll take the pattern off the blog immediately.
